Third-Party Services

- OpenAI: Generates trivia questions and Rick's sarcastic commentary
- Stripe: Handles all payment processing and subscription management
- Resend: Sends magic link authentication emails
- Vercel: Hosts our web application
- Neon: Database hosting

Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your game history and scores
- Opt out of emails (authentication emails cannot be disabled)
- Cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe Customer Portal
Data Retention
- Account data retained while your account is active
- Authentication tokens expire after 30 days
- Session tokens expire after 7 days of inactivity
- Deleted accounts purged from database within 30 days
- Subscription data retained for billing purposes per legal requirements
Chrome Extension Permissions
Our extension requests the following permissions:
- storage: Save game state locally on your device
- host_permissions (roastmasterrick.com): Communicate with our API for authentication and questions
We do NOT request permissions to:
- Read your browsing history
- Access tabs or modify web pages
- Track your activity across websites
Children's Privacy
Roastmaster Rick is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it removed.
