Workspace admins may remove the app at any time.

2. What the App Does

Roastmaster Rick:

• Generates AI-powered responses
• Tracks scores and usage history
• Enforces daily quotas
• Offers premium subscription features

The bot intentionally includes humor, sarcasm, and roast-style commentary.

3. Eligibility

To use the app, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have permission to install and use Slack apps
• Agree not to misuse the service

You may not:

• Try to hack, bypass, or overload the system
• Attempt to reverse engineer the code
• Use the bot to harass or attack others
• Submit harmful content
• Circumvent quotas or subscription limits

Violations may result in removal or termination.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

Roastmaster Rick uses third-party AI models.

As such:

• Responses may occasionally be inaccurate
• AI-generated content may include jokes or sarcasm
• You are responsible for any actions taken based on AI output

SmartCue is not liable for:

• Incorrect trivia answers
• Emotional distress from Rick's jokes
• Misleading AI output
• Social consequences of using the bot

7. Data Storage

We store:

• Slack IDs
• Scores and history
• Trivia questions and answers
• Subscription status
• Logs for reliability and debugging

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be impacted by:

• Slack outages
• AI provider downtime
• Serverless platform issues
• Network failures
• Maintenance windows

We are not responsible for any loss caused by downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to:

• Designs
• AI prompts
• Game logic
• Branding

You may not copy or reuse the app.

10. Termination

You may uninstall the app anytime.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

11. Limitation of Liability

• Lost profits or revenue
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.

You agree to indemnify SmartCue Inc. from claims arising out of:

13. Governing Law
